Basic maintenance finish

Our most cost-effective Alcoa Wheels® surface finish type is Brushed*. The wheel is mechanically brushed to give it a look of a slightly dim satin.
This design is suitable as a price-conscious choice for large fleet haulage companies or as an inner wheel for an utterly shiny dual-mounted wheel combo where the Dura-Bright® shows its gloss.

Despite their bare aluminium surface, the Brushed wheels have a natural oxide protection layer, which is less prone to corrosion than steel.

This finish type has the well-known advantages of using Alcoa® Wheels:
